Shingleton hopes Giraffe will reach the parts others can't

BPRI co-founder launches new business-to-business research agency

UK-- BPRI co-founder Jonathan Shingleton has launched a new b2b agency, Giraffe Research & Consulting.

Shingleton says the tough economic climate presents research agencies with an opportunity to help clients minimise uncertainty and maximise ROI.

He told Research he wants his new consultancy, based in Oxford, to be streamlined and cost-effective. It will use “a more virtual model” than many of the established MR businesses, he said, and will work with partners to carry out functions such as data collection and processing on a “flexible and cost-effective” basis.

“I've made my career working for b2b professional services firms, and I don't think the client is going to change but I think the way in which one teams with them is going to change,” he said. “It will evolve into a much closer type of relationship. They need people who are fast on their feet and adaptable to face what is a very uncertain world.”
