Retail Eyes goes on quarterly pub crawl

Inndicator survey to measure satisfaction across UK pubs and bars

UK-- Retail Eyes has launched its quarterly Inndicator survey to measure customer satisfaction levels across UK pubs and bars.

The company made 500 mystery visits across 25 of the leading pub brands across the country. The first results are now available to subscribers.

The ongoing survey aims to help pub operators identify “what makes a great customer experience and understand who is really setting the industry standard in customer service.” It covers aspects of the customer experience such as first impressions, speed of service and the cleanliness of toilets.

In the first survey, only two per cent of visits achieved a 100 per cent satisfaction score.

Retail Eyes CEO Tim Ogle said: “The pub and bar sector is facing a challenging time and customers are becoming more discerning in their choices of where to spend. With just 12 pubs achieving perfect 100 per cent scores, there is clear room for improvement.”
