Pulse Group expands in Malaysia

New Kuala Lumpur office takes CATI capacity to 65

MALAYSIA-- Research outsourcing firm Pulse Group has opened a new office in Kuala Lumpur.

The new office adds 45 new CATI seats to the firm's capacity, taking it to 65, and will act as a disaster recovery centre to minimise disruption to its project schedule.

CEO Bob Chua said: “While others in the US and Europe are closing CATI facilities, Pulse continues to expand its capacity in response to a steady and continuing growth in the demand for both multi-lingual CATI engagements and online research across the region.”

The firm is also setting out to gain ISO certification of its operation centres as it looks to handle “larger and more complex engagements”, Chua said.
