Verve opens in Australia and New Zealand

The firm’s CEO and co-founder, Andrew Cooper (pictured), will head the expansion, splitting his time between London and Sydney.

He will be supported by new Verve partner Lamia Lee, who was previously client development director at Research Now in Sydney, and Charlotte Brady, who follows from Verve’s London office.

Cooper said: “We are building Verve as the international specialist, rather than a local generalist. We believe that in this way we can best offer our clients true expertise and thought leadership in the area of customer advisory panels and online brand communities - putting the voice of the customer at the heart of our clients’ business.”
