US— Research technology firm uSamp has added the founder of IAG Research Alan Gould and former Ticketmaster CEO Sean Moriarty to its board of directors.

Gould is also on the board of Harris Interactive and the READ Alliance and is a former CEO of Nielsen’s Advertiser Solutuons business unit. He was on the board of Vizu before it was sold to Nielsen earlier this month and his own company IAG was also acquired by Nielsen.

Moriarty also serves on the board of directors of Silicon Valley start-ups Eventbrite and Tunein.

Matt Dusig, co-founder and CEO of uSamp, says both men will offer “contributions and unique perspectives to help uSamp to grow.”

NBC is currently using uSamp’s DIY survey and sample platform instant.ly and its mobile survey technology to track consumers’ real-time reactions to Olympic events.
