TNS names El Naggar as North Africa CEO

EGYPT— TNS has appointed former Synovate Middle East and North Africa boss Tamer El Naggar as its chief executive officer for North Africa, replacing Eric Reingewertz who has moved to a leadership position in Kenya.
Naggar (pictured) has spent almost 20 years working in research across the region. Before Synovate, he was with MEMRB serving as country manager for Egypt and director general for the Maghrab region.
He reports to Steve Hamilton-Clark, who has overall responsibility for the Middle East and North Africa region.
