Spedding becomes domain CEO at P\S\L Group

US— Synovate’s CEO of geographies Michael Spedding has left to join pharma and healthcare information firm P\S\L Group as domain CEO.
Spedding’s role covers all P\S\L’s market research businesses in Europe and the Americas, including P\S\L Research and Medefield. He is tasked with broadening product portfolios, expanding the firms’ geographic presence and developing the management teams of the individual businesses.
He previously led Synovate’s Healthcare arm and is the founder of PharmaGems, a company that invests in healthcare marketing businesses. Peter Chopra, a board director of PharmaGems and a former CFO of Synovate, joined P\S\L Group as chief strategy officer in January.
Spedding will be based in New York.
