UK — Emotion analytics company Realeyes has hired US government data scientist, Jeff Ryan, as its chief data scientist.
Ryan (pictured) will report to CPO Martin Salo and lead the data science team.
He was previously at the SEC – the US government’s financial regulation agency – where he built and led a data science team that used machine-learning techniques to examine and quantify the risk of some of the world’s most sophisticated hedge funds.
Ryan is relocating from New York to be based in Realeyes’ Budapest office.
