RDA Group names former Harris man Forkin as partner

US— Ex-Harris Interactive and Domino’s Pizza executive Frank Forkin has become a partner in RDA Group of Michigan, which carries out product research, customer satisfaction and quality tracking studies for auto, financial services, healthcare and utilities companies.
Forkin (pictured) arrives at RDA six months after leaving Harris, where he held the post of president of North American client services. Before that he had a five-month stint as vice president of strategy and consumer insight for Domino’s Pizza, which followed nearly five years with JD Power & Associates, latterly as a senior vice president and partner.
At RDA Forkin holds the title of executive vice president and partner and will be responsible for the company’s strategic accounts organisations, which is comprised of research and sales teams.
He will report to president Don Pietrowski.
