Millward Brown appoints chief client officer for Australia

AUSTRALIA— Daren Poole has been appointed to the newly created role of chief client officer at Millward Brown in Australia.
Poole (pictured) was previously managing director at the firm’s Sydney office, and also worked for Millward Brown in the UK, Europe and Asia.
He will move into the new role on 1 January 2010.
Ben Dixon, Millward Brown’s CEO for Australia, said: “Daren has done an outstanding job of leading the Sydney team over the past three years and his commitment to clients is second to none. Having someone of Daren’s claibre as CCO will facilitate a step-change in our business and bring us closer to our goal of being Australia’s leading evidence-based brand and communications consultancy.”
