Maxwell swaps Razorfish research for Starcom role

US— Media agency Starcom USA has hired Chad Maxwell from interactive agency Razorfish, a sister company within Publicis, as senior vice president and research intelligence director.

Maxwell has led Razorfish’s Consumer Insights Group for the past three years, prior to which he founded Q-Squared Research and was the company’s principal investigator.
