M-Metrics founder takes Zokem board role

FINLAND— Mobile analytics firm Zokem has appointed M-Metrics co-founder Seamus McAteer to its board of directors.

McAteer (pictured) sold the mobile media measurement firm to ComScore in 2008, and stayed on with the firm for a while, before moving on to serve as managing director of Majestic Research.

Chairman Harry Santamaki said: “Needless to say, we are very pleased to extend our board with such a formidable industry figure. Seamus McAteer is able to support our CEO Hannu Verkasalo and our management team in better executing and managing our growth and expansion in the mobile media measurement industry.”

Meanwhile, the firm has made its Mobile Life market reports available in five new countries, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
