Lightspeed promotes Jethwani to VP of client ops

US— Tara Jethwani has been promoted to vice president of client operations at Lightspeed Research in the Americas.
She was previously client operations director. In her new role she will be responsible for managing all the firm’s client operations staff, designing and implementing process improvements and ensuring that quality standards met.
Jethwani joined Lightspeed in 2004 as a senior project director following spells at GfK NOP, where she was a research director, and Princeton Survey Research Associates, where she was a project director.
Lightspeed Research’s US CEO, Christopher Urinyi, said: “Tara’s solid understanding of online market research and strong leadership will provide the high level of service expected by our clients.
