Ipsos's Fredrickson takes group ops role at Toluna

US— Jim Fredrickson, president of Ipsos Interactive Services North America, has joined Toluna as group chief operations officer.
Prior to Ipsos, Fredrickson spent more than 20 years at Harris Interactive, during which time he worked with Toluna North America president and group chief strategy officer George Terhanian.
Terhanian said: “I have witnessed first-hand the remarkable contribution that Jim can make on an organisation’s ability to deliver fantastic work. He will be a great asset to Toluna and to our many clients.”
