Gongos Research launches new financial team

US— Gongos Research has formed a new team to provide qual and quant research services to the finance and banking sector.
The new eight-strong financial services team will be lead by Katherine Ephlin (pictured), who has been with the firm since 2006 and been promoted from account director to director of the new division. Before joining Gongos she was an independent marketing consultant.
She will be supported by project director Alfred Ishak, who joins from Foresee Results, and senior project coordinator Marisa Paruch who was previously at Digitas.
Ephlin said: “In today’s economy consumers are increasingly taking a critical look at how they manage their finances and lives. Companies that truly understand their consumers’ motivations and choices will be able to make smarter decisions.”
