Fergusson succeeds Froggatt as TNS global technology head

Asia Pacific People

SINGAPORE— TNS has named James Fergusson as global technology sector head. He succeeds Matthew Froggatt, who was recently promoted to chief development officer.

Fergusson was previously responsible for leading business development efforts in rapid growth and emerging markets (RGEM).

He will not be directly replaced in this role, at least in the short term; instead each of the agency’s sector heads – including Fergusson – will be responsible for implementing the RGEM development strategy in their own areas of business.

Fergusson has been with TNS since 2001 and is a former technology sector lead for Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. He continues to be based in Singapore and reports to global CEO Pedro Ros.
