UK — Specialist fieldwork agency, Face Facts, has hired Rachel Hoy in its newly created role of client services director.
Hoy has both client and agency experience and joins the company to work on business development and client services. She has previously worked at both Optimisa and M&S.
Face Facts’ other new recruits are graduate Sandip Dhillon who has joined as assistant account manager; Johanna Jones as an account manager and Eve Baker as a data exec. Jones has joined from Swift Research where she worked for 12 years as a research exec and Baker previously worked at McCallum Layton where she spent eight years in the data team.
The agency’s internal promotions are Julie Gaughan and Jo Hughes who have been promoted to director level to assist owner and manager, Alison White (pictured), in growing the business.
Gaughan has been with Face Facts for two years having previously worked at Optimisa (Questor/Quench) for 23 years. Her new role includes heading the accounts team and operations. Hughes has been with Face Facts for 18 months; prior to that, she worked in the data team at Nunwood for 11 years. She is now leading the data team and operations.
