Andrew Jeavons joins Survey Analytics as EVP

News North America People

US— Andrew Jeavons, the former boss of Nebu in the US, has joined self-service research software business Survey Analytics as executive vice president.

In a post on one of the company’s blogs, Jeavons said: “I’m very excited to be joining such a dynamic company which is one of the market leaders in accessible online survey and analytical tools.”

Jeavons (pictured) told Research he was dismissed from his role at Nebu in last May. He has been replaced there by Kirk Richards.

Survey Analytics produces a self-service research and feedback management tool, while sister company QuestionPro offers a more basic DIY online survey tool which is available in a free version as well as a paid-for one from $15 per month.

Jeavons said he was excited about DIY research tools and “catering to companies that don’t have huge research budgets… Market research has just got to get a grip and accept that [DIY research] has happened,” he said. “Being negative about it is simply pointless.”

Vivek Bhaskaran, CEO of Survey Analytics, said: “We are delighted that Andrew is joining us at this critical new phase of our growth. His experience and insights into the business domain are already proving of incredible value.”
