Outsell acquires Electronic Publishing Services

Outsell – which conducts market research and analysis for publishers, commercial information providers, and content software technology vendors – has acquired UK-based Electronic Publishing Services (EPS) for an undisclosed sum.

The company, headquartered in California, said the acquisition doubles its client base, and expands its international reach and services.

EPS is a provider of information, strategic consulting and research for the knowledge market – particularly in the legal information, and education and training niches.

The newly combined entity will have around 60 industry analysts and professionals, said Outsell.
