Online specialist Mo'web moves into US

UK chief Tom Fuller to lead American office • Cathrene Rowell takes over in London

GERMANY-- Online research specialist Mo'web is to make a play in the American market with the relocation of its UK operations chief Tom Fuller.

Fuller is in the process of setting up a US office, which is expected to launch in March. He has been tasked with selling the company's survey design, recruitment and data analysis services to research agencies, consultants and end-clients.

Düsseldorf-based Mo'web has online panels in the five main European markets – the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain – as well as Japan and South Africa. It recently expanded its coverage to include Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Russia.

The firm has hired Cathrene Rowell to replace Fuller in the UK. Rowell previously spent seven years in Germany, working for agencies including MediaTransfer, RMM and At Random International.

She returned to the UK in 2007 and launched her own consultancy Research@Cathrene.com.
