Onetel signs on for in-house survey tool
Onetel, the UK telecommunications firm owned by British Gas parent company Centrica, has inked a deal with SPSS for the use of its online survey software, mrInterview.
The software will allow Onetel to run large-scale web surveys in-house. Results can then be integrated with data from internal billing and customer care systems.
Piers Anderson, customer experience executive at Onetel, said the software would “enhance” the company's research and customer behaviour analysis, allowing it to “continue to develop our offerings to suit the requirements of our customers.”
