US/UK— Crowd sourcing agency Chaordix has teamed up with professional services firm KPMG to provide managed services to companies in the UK.

The service, called Crowd Connection, will provide customers with digital market insights from a customisable forum run on mobiles or PCs for product innovation. KPMG said that it can be used for one-off research projects or as a managed, ongoing community made up of customers, suppliers, employees and partners.

Crowd Connection is powered by Chaordix’s Crowd Intelligence technology, which is already used by clients including P&G, IBM, Futurebrand and American Airlines.

Chaordix founder and CEO Shelley Kuipers (pictured) said: “With this alliance, KPMG’s clients will be able to benefit from an always-on global market intelligence gathering platform and analysis capacity which we’ve found is a highly effective and cost efficient improvement on many traditional means of market research, brand development, and innovation exploration.”
