India’s Star TV panel joins Cint Panel Exchange

INDIA— The 75,000-member Star Panel, owned by broadcaster Star TV, has joined the Cint Panel Exchange, which gives third parties access to online sample.

The addition of the Star Panel, managed by research agency Nepa India, gives CPX users access to a total pool of 178,000 respondents across the country.

Cint’s global commercial director Richard Thornton (pictured) said: “India is quickly becoming an important market for researchers across the world and we’ve invested in offering our clients the best reach possible. Star Panel has a unique position in India and we’re thrilled that they, through Nepa, have chosen to be part of the Cint Panel Exchange.”

Anand Shiv, senior VP of consumer insights at Star TV added: “Putting the viewer at the heart of the business, we have added an additional method to collect high quality market data in a secure and fast manner.”
