US — Focus group video streaming service provider ActiveGroup is to shut down after 14 years in business, Research understands.
In an email to clients ActiveGroup said it would cease operations at close of business on 5 April.
For market researchers that have streaming sessions that need to be scheduled, the group recommended customers contact its competitor FocusVision and that archived information can be also be transferred to that company with customer permission.
An ActiveGroup representative confirmed that it was closing for business but senior executives were unavailable for comment.
