New owners for Total Focus

UK-- Cindy Lewis and Julie Guy have completed a management buyout at qualitative recruitment firm Total Focus and its sister company, viewing facility Viewing Options.

The duo, who have been with the company for 15 years, bought the firm for an undisclosed amount from incumbent managing director Audrey Heath and her husband Mike.

Cindy Lewis, formerly research director, will now head the company and told Research that her initial plan is to embark on a marketing drive to win more clients.

She said: “We have some big hitters as clients, but we want more.”

The firm counts, amount others, GfK's finance and consumer operations as major clients for its qualitative recruitment services.
