Target picks Emnos for customer insight project

US— Retail data analysis agency Emnos has won its first major US contract after being picked by general merchandise retailer Target to run a multi-year project to extend the use of customer-focused insight within merchandise and marketing.

Target operates 1740 stores in 49 states as well as its website, and will use Emnos to help improve its guest insight and segmentation capabilities.

Robert Diamond, regional managing director for international business at Emnos said: “We are delighted to support one of the world’s leading retailers on this long-term project to develop the use of customer-centric insight through segmentation to drive business decisions. This contract marks Emnos’ first significant win in the United States, which we believe is a large market for organisations looking to adopt customer-centric led change.”
