Property website makes Rightmove with Vovici software

The website will use Vovici’s enterprise feedback management for the task, and will conduct surveys using Vovici software. The first survey, examining confidence among Rightmove users, has already been carried out.

Sarah Brown, Rightmove’s marketing insights executive, said: “The survey shattered our record for response rates – our previous record was 27,000 and we hit 40,000 for the first time using Vovici.”

On the feedback side of the contract, Brown said: “Across the board, we have found Vovici easier to use, faster to develop and test, and the results look much better than anything we have done before.”

Vovici’s vice president for EMEA, Ben Smith, said of Rightmove: “Retaining their position as the top property website depends on their ability to engage with customers and drive intelligent business decisions.”
