Paddy Power bets on Unica for web analytics solution

UK— Bookmaker Paddy Power has signed up marketing software firm Unica’s NetInsight OnDemand technology to measure user interaction with its online gambling services.

Online product manager Stephen Lovell said: “Paddy Power strives to create the best possible experience for our customers and it’s essential that our website performs to the highest standards. After a rigorous selection process, we look forward to working with Unica to help us continually improve our offering, making it fun, quick and simple to use.”

Web analytics consultancy SCL worked with Paddy Power throughout the tender process and will play a “central role” in the implementation and day-to-day management of the Unica technology, according to a statement.
