MTV names Bruner and Schneiderman for digital research team

US— MTV Networks (MTVN) has added two new executives to its digital research team: Rick Bruner takes up the role of vice president of digital ad sales research and Stuart Schneiderman becomes senior director of digital research.

Bruner is a former global director of research and industry development at DoubleClick and head of advertising research for North America at Google.

In his new role he will drive and oversee all consumer insight, ad effectiveness and primary research to support MTVN advertisers, while working closely with the research, sales and marketing teams

Schneiderman, meanwhile, will be responsible for MTVN’s digital research and analysis, as well as pursuing new consumer research on online video, social media and mobile video.

Prior to MTVN, Schneiderman served as director of research for the Online Publishers Association (OPA) and director of research and metrics for the Associated Press.

Both men report to Colleen Fahey Rush, executive vice president of strategic insights and research.

Additionally Bruner reports to Heather Hopkins, senior vice president of marketing and sales development.
