Marketing Workshop signs Sentiment360 for social media measurement

US— Research agency the Marketing Workshop has appointed Sentiment360 as its preferred social media measurement provider.

Sentiment360 was launched last month and offers human social media monitoring and analysis from an offshore centre in Manilla.

Marketing Workshop’s chief marketing officer George Murphy said: “Sentiment360 brings a unique skill set and resources that combine both traditional machine listening with human analysis to provide dramatically improved marketing intelligence and insight for our clients.”

Sentiment360 is also preferred social media measurement partner for Saatchi & Saatchi in New York.
