Keep Britain Tidy to scrutinise community engagement with Curiosity Research

New business UK

UK— Environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy has appointed Curiosity Research to lead on research into the barriers and motivations to community engagement.

The research firm will use online ethnography techniques to get closer to participants and the project will also support the organisation’s efforts to maximise awareness and participation in programmes to improve local communities.

Andrea Talbot, research manager at Keep Britain Tidy, said: “Building on our existing knowledge of community engagement will help us to better develop our campaigns and programmes, which in turn will help to maximise community volunteering, improve the appearance of our local areas and increase community spirit.”
