IT market data firm bought for undisclosed sum
UK-- Business intelligence agency Matrix-Data Solutions has acquired IT market data provider Rhetorik for an undisclosed amount.
Rhetorik's managing director, Richard Foskett, said: “This is excellent news for both companies and of course our clients. Through operational synergies and the combined expertise of both management teams, this is an exciting time for our company.”
Matrix-Data specialises in providing business intelligence solutions to the financial services sector and the firm's managing director, Ian Beaumont, said that it would now be able to offer these to companies in the IT industry.
Both firms will keep their brand identities and management teams.
