Youth news site Ypulse merges with researcher SurveyU

US— Ypulse, an online news and comment site for youth media and marketing professionals, has merged with SurveyU, an online research community made up of college students.

The new entity is called Youth Pulse and will offer research services, events, news and commentary to youth-orientated organisations.

Ypulse founder Anastasia Goodstein will remain in her roles as editor-in-chief and vice president of Ypulse Media.

Goodstein said: “We’re excited by the opportunity to expand Ypulse beyond news, commentary and events to developing research-based insights that will help organisations to engage youth in an authentic and ethical way.”

SurveyU co-founder Dan Coates (pictured) has been given the role of president of the merged company.
