Seren founders Terry Heath and Ellen Jones will be responsible for creative and consulting teams, and people, culture and integration respectively. Meanwhile, Foviance founder Catriona Campbell will be responsible for research and international growth.

The combined business has a total of 70 employees, with a client list including Barclays, Vodafone, Microsoft and Everything Everywhere, and annual revenue of approximately £7m.
