UK— Sister companies Rosslyn Research and Viewpoint Field Services are set to move into shared offices in April following their sale to Rivington Street Holdings.
The two firms will relocate to London’s Southbank next month, with Viewpoint setting to work on building a viewing facility within the new office to replace its Hampton Court facility, which is closing. Under the same roof will be Rosslyn’s CATI and online quantitative services, previously based in Shoreditch.
Viewpoint will also redevelop is existing viewing facility in Sunbury following the Rivington Street acquisition. Viewpoint managing director Gale Blears (pictured) said: “This is an extremely exciting development for Viewpoint. Over the past few years we have seen an increase in demand for central London facilities.”
Rivington Street Holdings bought the two companies in January from previous owner IQ Holdings in an all-share deal valued at £1.5m, plus the assumption of £1.8m in debts.
