Harris strikes South Korea partnership

KOREA— Consumer and political research agency GH Korea has become the thirteenth company to sign up to Harris Interactive’s global partner network scheme.

Harris said that the partnership will allow it to expand its techniques and methodologies further into Asia while providing GH Korea with opportunities to expand its global operations.

GH Korea will also use Harris’s online methodologies, and the political Harris Poll service, in its home market. The firm’s CEO, Yong-keun Ji, said: “Korean research firms need to be globalised to maintain their competitiveness, and GH Korea now has a competitive advantage through its partnership with Harris Interactive. I am convinced that GH Korea will find growth by adopting Harris Interactive’s leading research methods, inclusing their focus on online research, and their commitment to innovation.”

Kimberly Till (pictured), Harris CEO, said: “We are very pleased to welcome GH Korea as the most recent addition to our global network and are excited to offer our clients the opportunity to gain consumer and business insights in the South Korean market.”

The Harris global partner network of affiliate research agencies was formed in 1992 and contains firms from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East.
