GuestTek acquires Enable Software in $1m share deal

GuestTek was created last week as a holding company when technology industry veteran David Lovatt acquired a controlling interest in GuestMetrics.

The firm said that the acquisition provides “immediate global exposure” for both brands. Lovatt said: “We are extremely pleased about the immediate possibilities this acquisition presents, the relationships gained, which will enable us to increase our sales and marketing efforts through both the Enable and GuestMetrics networks.”
