GERMANY— WPP-owned ad network Grey Group has taken full control of shopper marketing and insight agency Frey G2.
Grey previously owned 50% of the business, which employs 40 staff and had revenue of €2.9m last year. Clients include Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and Pfizer and services on offer include shopper insight, retail insight, brand activation and point of sale marketing campaign development.
Post-takeover, it will be rebranded as Grey Shopper and integrated with Grey Dusseldorf.
