GfK completes takeover of Macedonian firm Skopje

MACEDONIA— GfK has bought the remainder of GfK Skopje, a custom research agency that works with companies such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Imperial Tobacco and Nestle.

The German-headquartered group bought 51% of the company – then known as Stratum – in November 2007.

It employs 14 staff and works in both Macedonia and Kosovo. Vesna Kuzmanovic remains managing director.
