Dieringer Research acquires Lein/Spiegelhoff customer base

US— Wisconsin-based full service agency The Dieringer Research Group has acquired field service agency Lein/Spiegelhoff’s customer base after the latter company closed down.

Lein/Spiegelhoff, which had a focus group facility in Milwaukee, was established in 1972 but the owners have decided to shut the business.

As a result of the closure Dieringer will take over the fieldwork agency’s client base. Dieringer said it is “already having discussions” with Lein/Spiegelhoff clients about offering its own range of services on top of fieldwork.

Dieringer president Lanie Johnson (pictured) said: “How exciting this acquisition is. It dovetails perfectly with the construction of our new state-of-the-art focus group research centre at our Brookfield headquarters.”

Chuck Spiegelhoff, president of Lein/Spiegelhoff, said he was “excited” about transferring the firm’s customers to the Dieringer Research Group.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
