Beaton merges with Taylor Management Consulting

A “formal launch of the merger” will be announced in a few weeks, according to Taylor. In the mean time, the firm said, it is relocating to Beaton’s offices in South Yarra.

Some key staff are being retained but the company gave no details about what the deal means for the rest of its workforce.

Both firms operate across Australia and have operations in the UK. Beaton also has a presence in Asia Pacific.
