US — Kinesis has announced a set of research tools that can be integrated into apps that interact with in-store beacons.
Beacons are devices placed within shops, which use Bluetooth to deliver shopping discounts and product information and to request feedback from shoppers. Kinesis can now be integrated with apps that interact with these beacons: both existing retailer apps and third party apps that use beaconing to issue coupons, incentives and product information.
Kinesis’ panel management solution can also be used to tie in-store activity with traditional research, to provide an “end-to-end voice of the customer solution”.
