Kadence reports revenue up 40%
UK-- B2B researcher Kadence has increased its revenue by 40% to $7.8m in the first six months of its 2008-09 financial year.
Predictions from CEO Simon Everard in October had put revenue at around $11m for the half year, but this was hit by the unexpected strength of the US dollar.
Everard told Research today: “Business levels in all regions have remained high, as anticipated back in October, and we remain very positive.” The firm is on target to achieve a “significant” revenue increase by the end of its financial year in June, he said.
The strongest growth was seen in Asia Pacific, where the Malaysian and Indonesian offices increased revenue by 183% and 205% respectively. Sales were up 32% in the US, 71% in the UK and 93% in India.
Everard said the firm will be looking to increase its staffing levels by around 50% over the next 12 months.
