Kadence hails stellar performance in 2006

Results show revenue up 77% to £4m, with operating profit almost trebling to £338,000

B2B research specialist Kadence has reported stellar growth for the year ending 30 June 2006, with turnover up 77% to just under £4m.

Operating profit almost trebled to £338,000 – marking a successful year for the privately-held business, which has offices in Boston, the UK, Singapore and Sydney.

CEO Simon Everard said the group's work in healthcare had seen particularly strong growth, with demand high for product launches and pricing strategy research projects.

Kadence also works in the agriculture, IT and telecoms sectors, among others.

Everard is hoping for similar financial success in 2007 following the recent openings of offices in Delhi, India and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and planned launches next year in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China.
