ZAMBIA — Ipsos MORI and VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) are joining forces to provide research for the Government of Zambia.

Researchers from Ipsos are volunteering their time and expertise from the UK while VSO volunteers carry out work on the ground in Zambia.

The work, which will focus on delivering reports on health, community development and social welfare, and will contribute towards a strategy paper on community volunteer management for the Zambian government, represents the first time that VSO has used remote volunteers.

“We are delighted to be working on this pilot project, which we hope will have a positive social impact in Zambia,” said Emily Gray, Ipsos MORI’s director of International Social Research (pictured).

“Ipsos MORI is committed to making a beneficial contribution to the wider world, which is why we are keen to trial working in partnership with VSO.”
