UK — InMobi and Sky Media have announced that InMobi will be the exclusive mobile advertising partner for the ad sales arm of Sky, to help the media giant monetise its audience across mobile apps and sites.
The aim of the partnership is that InMobi’s targeting, insights from InMobi Analytics and creative ad experiences will mean Sky can support brand advertisers with highly targeted audience segments to meet their objectives.
Sky owns some of the UK’s most popular apps and mobile sites, including the two most popular sports apps, Football Score Centre and Sky Sports, and the commercial news app, Sky News. Its apps have more than 20.7 million unique users each month.
