Indicia launches web analytics business

E-customermetrics to combine cookies with customer databases

UK-- Marketing services group Indicia has launched a web analytics arm aiming to ‘turn cookies into customers'.

Headed by Steve Farquhar, E-customermetrics joins Marketing Databasics and recently launched econometric modelling business MarketingReality.

Farquhar said: “We use our customer analytics expertise to combine raw data from your website with offline information about your customers, to give you more accurate profiling, customer segmentation and campaign management. So what was just an anonymous cookie turns into actionable insights about individual customers.”

Farquhar has previously served as senior consultant at Sainsbury's Bank, customer insight manager at Intelligent Finance and senior product analyst at Scottish Widows.
