Hearst-Argyle Television tunes in to iPerception

Network seeks to boost web audience engagement

US-- Hearst-Argyle Television has inked a deal with web analytics firm iPerceptions to use its Satisfaction Index, with the aim of improving its customers' online experience.

Hearst-Argyle's TV network includes stations in Sacramento, Kansas City, Orlando and New Hampshire.

All stations currently use iPerceptions Webvalidator Continuous Listening Solution to solicit feedback through their websites, but with the iPerception Satisfaction Index, Hearst-Argyle will be able to test audiences' purpose of visit, needs and overall satisfaction with their online experience.

Jacques Natz, director of digital content for Hearst-Argyle TV, said: “iPerception gives us valuable insight into who our online users are, and what they want to accomplish on our websites. This type of actionable data will help us exceed our visitors' expectations online.”
