Growing interest in EFM aids Firm's Q3 results

Revenue up 32% to $4.86m • Profit hits $317,000

MR software supplier Future Information Research Management (Firm) made $317,000 profit in the third quarter – up considerably on net income of $35,000 in the same period last year.

Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) was $556,000, while quarterly revenue was $4.86m – an increase of 32% on Q3 2005 sales.

Firm's EBIT margin was 11% versus 2% the prior year.

The company is best known for its Confirmit online survey and reporting platform. “Our revenue from market research clients is developing in a very positive way,” said CEO Henning Hansen.

Hansen said Firm was also benefiting from growing interest in enterprise feedback management (EFM) solutions, which provide a single platform for collecting, storing and analysing all sources of customer and employee data within an end-client corporation.
