GKA launches online qual tools for medical research

UK— Medical fieldwork agency Gillian Kenny Associates has launched a set of online qual research tools.

The iThink Qual tools enable clients to conduct online focus groups using text and video, depth interviews and bulletin boards.

Business development director Richard Stephens said: “It cuts costs significantly by avoiding travel and catering costs and enables clients to reach tough respondents without the geographical restrictions of traditional face-to-face research.”
